Monthly Nonprofit Leaders Gathering: a relaxed, peer-to-peer space for Executive Directors to connect, share challenges, and celebrate wins. Free of charge.
Leadership Workshops: shared learning experiences designed to strengthen the internal capacity of nonprofit leaders, focusing on resilience, self-awareness, and sustainable leadership rather than the mechanics of running an organization.
Finding Your Eddy Cohort: a six-week cohort experience where nonprofit leaders step out of the current, cultivate resilience, and discover sustainable ways to lead.
